Travertine Red is held in active inventory at our Kundannoor godown in Maradu, Kochi. Quarried in India, supplied through our direct-quarry channel. Pitted limestone with characteristic banded patterning. Used for façades, garden paving, pool surrounds and feature interior cladding.
Trade pricing is banded by quantity, thickness and finish, submit a BoQ for delivered-to-site quotation. Lead time: 7-14 days. Trade-account customers see additional banded discounts on volume orders.

Workshop fabrication
Our in-house fabrication unit handles cut-to-size for Travertine Red. Standard scope: edge profiling (eased, bevel, half-bullnose, full bullnose, ogee), sink and hob cutouts, mitre joints for waterfall edges. Workshop-led installation available for whole-room scopes.
Care and longevity
Travertine Red requires a stone-specific penetrating sealer applied at installation and reapplied every 12-18 months. Daily care: dry sweeping, microfibre mop with warm water and a neutral pH cleaner. Avoid bleach, vinegar, and any acidic cleaner, these will etch the surface over time. Wipe acidic spills (lemon, wine, soft drinks) immediately.

Should Travertine Red be filled or unfilled? +
Filled travertine has the natural pits resin-filled and polished smooth, easier to clean, looks more like marble. Unfilled retains the textured character, better grip for wet applications, more traditional look. We hold both; specify at quote stage.
Is Travertine Red suitable for pool decking? +
Yes, travertine is one of the better natural-stone choices for pool surrounds. Unfilled or shot-blasted finish provides slip resistance; the porous structure handles thermal expansion better than denser stones.
